At Roman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to ensure a seamless processing experience.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Roman account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and secure the package with heavy-duty shipping tape.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
